We make - 'DIEMO-SURGEON 25' - Tungsten Carbide Deposition (TCD) Machine. This is an electronic innovative machine for applying Tungsten Carbide layer up to 25 microns thickness on functional wear prone surfaces.

• TCD is an economical way to increase wear & erosion resistance property of tools. 
• TCD process develop a carbide edge at room temp. without reducing inherent toughness of metal parts/dies. 
• TCD process is used for :
  (1) Plastic Moulds: New moulds have sharp edges so you do not get flesh at parting line and at butting area. After production of few thousand pieces, the sharp edges are rounded because of surface wear and that results in flesh. The TC coated layer prevents wear and the die life is enhanced. Same case is for glass moulds also.
    (2) Die-Casting Dies: The TCD Processed dies prevents new dies against heat checks and avoids soldering at gates. TC Coated dies prevents wear from parting line and butting area, hence, flesh problem is reduced.
    (3) Forging Dies: Forging dies are TCD processed for better hot hardness and for erosion resistance property. The process generates metallurgical bond and does not flake-off.
   (4) Sheet Metal Dies : TCD process prevents punch wear and slug pull-back problems.
